The product package processing time will be processed in warehouses and factories in Germany, Poland, and China for 2-5 days depending on the inventory, and weekends and holidays will be delayed. Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging. Damage to the product caused by human subjectivity is also not eligible for a refund return.

In order to complete a return, we require a purchase order number and a logistic tracking number. Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer without informing the after-sales service.


Whole Power Market offers the various shipping methods listed below, as well as free or paid shipping on many of our products, which will be shipped primarily from the Poland warehouse(FCHAO) and the China factories. Any items eligible for shipping will be identified on the checkout page for a specific shipping amount. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays and weekends.

Please note that not all items qualify for three or five-day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and shipping address.

Once a package has been shipped, the shipment cannot be rescheduled. Any orders that require replacement due to shipping errors or damage in transit will be sent via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited. Shipping damage must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date. Photos of the damage, shipping label, and outer box must be provided in order to process damage claims.

We understand that professional installation is often required. However, we strongly recommend that you wait until you have received and verified the status of your order before scheduling any work to begin using your new product. While we strive to provide the highest quality products and expect a high level of service from our third-party carriers, we recognize that sometimes products or specific delivery methods do not meet our standards or quoted delivery dates. Due to unforeseen problems that may occur, we strongly recommend that you wait until you receive and verify your product, as we cannot be held responsible for delays in scheduled work.

All orders must have a valid street address and P.O. Boxes are not accepted. Again, as noted above, not all items are eligible for three or five-day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and shipping address.

Shipping: Panels larger than 200 watts must be shipped via freight and do not qualify for free shipping. Please note that return orders shipped via freight will be charged a $500 delivery and return shipping fee ($250 each way).

Whole Power Market wants to make sure your shopping experience is unparalleled, even when returning an item. We understand that you may decide to return an item for any reason.

Whole Power Market offers a 30-day refund policy on new, undamaged, and unmodified products. Products returned after 30 days require special authorization. Any returns submitted for refund will be charged a 30% restocking and shipping fee. Whole Power Market will not accept your return in the event of a product modification, as this will void our warranty policy. If you send us a modified product for a refund, we will return the product to you at our expense.

Please note that Whole Power Market will waive the return fee and pay shipping charges for returns due to: defective products or additional products you did not order. For any other reason, the customer is responsible for shipping and return fees.

Whole Power Market values our customer relationships. Therefore, we provide you with a brief explanation of our restocking fees. All items returned by customers must be inspected and tested for performance and continuity by our technical support and engineering departments before they are restocked for sale. This fee is not simply a processing fee, but an attempt to cover the labor costs involved in the customer’s return.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at wholepowermarket@outlook.com


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
